LOS ANGELES (June 16, 2015) – The Parents Television Council mourns the passing of its Chicago Chapter Director Robert T. Sherman, Jr.

“On behalf of the entire Parents Television Council team, including our staff, our grassroots volunteers, our board of directors and, indeed, all of our members across America, we offer our condolences to Pat Sherman and to the entire Sherman family for their loss. I am absolutely heartbroken by the news of Bob’s passing. Not only was Bob a tireless advocate, leading the PTC’s presence in and around Chicago; he was a wonderful friend, a generous philanthropic supporter of the PTC, and an absolute gem of a man. Bob’s love for the PTC mission will forever continue to inspire us in our work,” said PTC President Tim Winter.
